Unrefined sugarcane juice!
Rapadura is pressed from wholecane sugar. The plant-based goodness remains, providing a naturally grainy sugar with a malty, caramel-like flavour and rich colour. Rapadura is a natural unrefined sugar that is not separated from its molasses, providing more nutrients, vitamins and minerals.

I was introduced to this butter almost a year ago and I have to say it's tastes absolutely amazing not only on bread but also used for cooking.
