The Macadamia nut tree is native to Australia. The cool sub-tropical climate of South East Queensland and Northern NSW is where the macadamia tree calls home.

Our organic Australian macadamia nuts are grown by Wodonga Park in the Blackbutt Ranges in Queensland.  The current management team have more than 30 years’ experience farming between them. They believe in managing the land sustainably.  This is achieved through their certified bio-dynamic farming practices.

What is bio-dynamic farming?

According to Biodynamic Association, Biodynamics is a holistic, ecological, and ethical approach to farming, gardening, food, and nutrition. Natural fertilisers such as compost, green waste, fish, and kelp emulsion are used instead of synthetic herbicides and fertilisers. Similarly to organic farming, biodynamic farming begins with the nourishing of the soil. This then leads to the nourishment of the plant and ultimately the flavour and goodness of the food.
