“With the warming & comforting spices, it’s definitely one of my favourite oat combos! You guys have to try this out – tastes just like ginger molasses cookies. I topped this goodness bowl with toasted muesli, soft blackcurrants and more apple slices”

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Makes: 2 bowls



  1. Combine everything in a saucepan and cook until desired consistency
  2. Top with reserved apple half, some hemp seeds, toasted muesli and freeze-dried berries . Or your choice of toppings.
