Inspired by the famous S’mores, our Choc Mallow Martini will get you in the mood for a decadent and festive NYE.

Choc Mallow Sauce



Choc Mallow Sauce

  1. Place chocolate, marshmallows and cream in a small heatproof jug.
  2. Microwave on high power for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth
  3. Set aside to cool

Prepare glass

  1. Drizzle chocolate mallow sauce with a teaspoon lightly into the martini glasses to create swirls in the glass. Place in the refrigerator 5-10 minutes to allow the sauce to set.
  2. Spoon the remaining chocolate sauce onto a small plate, just wider than the rim of the martini glass.
  3. Crush cookies in a small bag and place them on another same size plate.
  4. Remove martini glasses from the refrigerator and dip the rim of your glasses in the chocolate sauce and turn to coat. Then dip into the crushed biscuits, turning to coat the rims.
  5. Return to the refrigerator to set whilst you make the drink.
  6. Stick a small skewer through 2 marshmallows and toast the marshmallows using a grill or kitchen torch. Repeat a second time for your second cocktail. Set aside.

Make the drink

  1. Add the vodka, Irish cream, milk and 2 tablespoons of the chocolate mallow sauce to a cocktail shaker (or mason jar) with ice and shake well.
  2. Strain the cocktail into your prepared martini glasses and add your toasted marshmallow garnish.
  3. Serve immediately.
