Gluten Free Flat Bread

Cook Time: 35 minutes
Serves: 3 - 4 people



  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a large oven tray with baking paper, set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt coconut cream and ghee together until small bubbles appear around the edges, not boiling, stirring occasionally.
  3. Once completely melted, remove from heat.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine tapioca flour, arrowroot flour, coconut flour, 1 tablespoon of the dried herbs and 2 teaspoons of the garlic powder and salt. Mix until well combined.
  5. Pour heated coconut and ghee mixture into the flour, mixing thoroughly until well combined. Allow mixture to sit for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir through lightly whisked egg until well combined.
  7. Pour dough into the middle of the lined tray. Use a spatula to spread the dough out into a large round, approx. 1/4 inch thick.
  8. Sprinkle remaining 1 tablespoon dried herbs and 2 teaspoons garlic powder over the dough.
  9. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  10. Remove and slice bread into pieces.
  11. Serve.
