Masala Popcorn


  1. In a wok add 1 tbsp Organic Times Grass-fed Ghee.
  2. Add Organic Times Popping Corn kernels and cover the wok until they are all popped. Once cooked, pour into a serving bowl and put aside.
  3. In the wok, dry roast the Organic Pepita Seeds and Organic Sunflower Kernels for a couple of minutes. Add to bowl of popcorn.
  4. Add 1 tsp of ghee to the wok and sauté Organic Raw Almonds, Organic Dried Raisins and curry leaves until raisins are soft. Once ready, add to popcorn.
  5. Add salt, coriander, cumin and dried mango powder.
  6. Toss together and serve. Enjoy your popcorn snack!
  7. Add a little Organic Times Icing Sugar for a slightly sweet taste.
