Multigrain Rice Crackers

Healthy multigrain rice crackers using our sunflower kernels by Candy Luk

Nourish and Flourish
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Yield: 50 crackers


  • 2 cups cooked and cooled rice (I used a mix of black, red & white rice & quinoa)
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds (soaked in 1/3 cup warm water)
  • 1/4 cup Organic Times Organic Sunflower Kernels (toasted)
  • 1.5 tbsp coconut amino (or 1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce (slightly saltier))
  • 1 tbsp sesame seasoning (or toasted sesame seeds)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pinch black pepper


  • sprinkle sunflower seeds and sea salt flakes


  1. Blend everything in a food processor until a sticky dough is formed
  2. Place a baking sheet on top of the dough and roll with a rolling pin on a flat surface, as thinly as you can
  3. Cut the dough into desired cracker size and shapes
  4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 160c for 10 minutes on one side
  5. Flip and bake for another 5-8 minutes until golden brown
  6. Cool completely on a cooling rack before serving


  1. Crackers will get crunchier as they cool down.
