MELBOURNE METRO
We offer FREE Parcel Post delivery to the Melbourne Metro area if a minimum spend of $80, before shipping, is reached. Will be automatically deducted at the checkout.
LOCAL PICK-UP
If you are based in Melbourne and wish to save on postage, a FREE ‘local pick-up’ option is available at the checkout. You can collect your online order from our office located at 30 Sydney Road Bayswater, Vic. No minimum order amount required, only available for online purchases. Our office is open for pickup Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
EASTER SHIPPING
Our bunnies and eggs are hollow chocolate and very delicate. Please be aware that during shipment your parcels may experience warm environments once they leave our premises. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for melted Easter chocolate, even with our protection pack. We take care to wrap, and also ship based on weather, but we cannot take care of your parcels one they are handled out of our control. We hope you understand. Pick-up from our Melbourne-based warehouse is the ideal scenario if you bring your own cool pack to transport home.
SHIPPING
All shipping costs are determined by metro and regional areas of each state, with the exception of Tasmania and Northern Territory who have the same charges state-wide. Delivery timeframes are business days and an estimation provided by Australia Post. If you do not receive your parcel within these timeframes please contact us.
SHIPPING POLICY
Organic Times orders are despatched with Australia Post standard delivery. This service is not refrigerated but orders that include ‘HOT WEATHER PROTECTION’ (only $5) will be packed with insulation and ice packs to endeavour to keep your chocolate at an ideal temperature. Chocolate really does not like heat! We cannot guarantee product integrity in warm conditions, or if our parcels are left out in the sun. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or replacements for damaged or melted chocolate. These terms and conditions are agreed to upon checkout. Please note that since all our orders are sent by regular post, without refrigeration, we are unable to guarantee parcels will arrive as initially despatched. Although Organic Times takes great care in wrapping orders and anticipating shipping logistics based on weather forecasts, other factors are out of our control. Therefore, Organic Times takes no responsibility for any lost or damaged goods.
PEAK PERIODS
During Christmas and Easter, our standard dispatch times may vary. Since Christmas and Easter both coincide with warmer weather, it is suggested that customer’s order early to ensure their order arrives on time.
DESPATCHING OPRDERS
For urgent deliveries, please contact Organic Times to make special arrangements. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally, unless you have made a custom arrangement with us.
BACKORDERS
If you order contains a product on backorder, please note that your entire order will be delayed until that product comes back into stock.
